My new whipping boy!

So I decided against my better judgement to write a post about my new whipping boy "rob". Rob is my new trainer at the gym. Of course I had to like him because of his name! So anyways I decided to meet with a trainer because I have hit my plateau with my weight loss. In fact I gained 5 pounds from our trip to San Francisco and am having a hard time losing it. Well actually I havent been too diligent in exercise lately. At any rate I made the plung and got a trainer. SO I met with rob for the first time yesterday. Holy cow can I just say I am a complete mess and way more out of shape than I thought. In fact, we had got done working out for 20 minutes and were talking and I started to feel sick. I told rob I was feeling sick and he just laughed and I was like no I am really feeling sick can I sit down. So we walked over and I sat down and I got even worse. TO the point that he had to lay me down and prop my feed above my head. Can you imagine the humiliation! Don't mind me everyone I am busy trying to pass out! At one point he said you know if you go out on me I am going to call 911 that is our protocol. I said DON'T call them I will be fine. SO after laying there for 10 minutes I felt completely fine! Today I am so completely sore I can hardly bend my legs! So at least now I know that I am in for a huge awakening of my body! I am meeting with him twice a week so I am sure to have many many more great humiliating stories! Thanks for letting me share!

What kind are you?

So I am being lazy. I don't feel like trying to post pictures and getting them to all work out etc. So I decided to do a couple of fun dumb posts. It has been a little while so I thought this would be fun. Hope you enjoy them!
