GUESS WHERE I WAS LAST NIGHT?!?!
Yesterday I got an unexpected call from my friend patty's brother bob. He said hey rachel are you interested in going to the Police concert. As you all should know by know the 80's freak that I am of course I could not pass it up! So we rocked out last night for 2 hours to the Police. It was so good. Sting sounded awesome! Patty and I were cracking up because some of the people there were probably born after the police. They didn't know the lyrics but none the less we all rocked out! Our seats were awesome as you can tell by the pictures. Plus I got to sit by patty. We had the best time! So thank you Bob Carvalho for thinking of me! Woooo Hoooo!

Rachel, you cannot post anything else, unless it's boring. I can't live this vicarious life through you anymore, it's exhausting!
You are living the summer of my dreams... no work and ALL play with lots and lots of surprises.
I am so very jealous. But you so deserve this... I can't wait to read what next new and exciting adventure you go on! Just remember the little people!!! Me! :)
Holy Cow! F-U-N times. I think you appreciated this experience more than anyone else who could have received those tickets. I am glad you had a great time. Do you remember how excited you were when you went to see Howard Jones (I think that is who it was). I agree with Kristen--it is pretty darn fun to experience life through you! Love you--
Shay,
You would have loved to go to! Yes I totally remember howard jones! That was the first concert that I ever went to. I love going to them now....I really wanted to go to earth wind and fire last night but the tickets were too much. Oh well. Hey I am still waiting for the invite over to your house! Can't wait to see you again!
I love staying in touch with you!
My kids are teasing me because apparently I am "so last century" since I like 80's music. I have "The Best of Times" by Styx as my ring tone and Chris and I played them our song, "Can't Fight This Feeling" by REO Speedwagon. They just crack up and scream, "Oh No, They're gonna kiss!"
I am glad you still want to come to this side of the valley. I am madly de-cluttering and getting rid of preschool stuff. My goal is to extend the invite in July--I am thinking about the 27th or 28th. do either of those dates work for you? Let me know and I will let others know. Do you think that crazy Hansen girl will wanna come? :)
Either of those dates would be alright for me. That is funny your ring tone is styx. Too cool! I love that your kids get grossed out at your kissing. Mine do the same. Since kyle and kailey are a little older we are always teasing them saying watch guys this is how you kiss. They HATE that! lol.
I think it would be great if Kristen would come. I know she is an avid scrapbooker. She will probably put us all to shame! Let me know what you decide.
Are you going home for the 24th?
I have seen Kristen's stuff on her blog and I know she will be putting me to shame! Maybe we should have her do a demo. :)
I am not going to be able to go home for the 24th because I have a training class the 16-20 and I have a district meeting on the 23 all day long. Bummer! The time is passing so quickly and I am really begining to realize that I have not scheduled any SJ time. That makes me sad because it is one of my favorite places.
Are you going?
Hey Rach,
No, no fire works. Butch said he didn't want to even chance something catching on fire.. bummer bc it was in New Mexico, so fire works are legal. He also said that we should go another time this summer or early fall to the Ranch so that you guys can come too. We'll have to talk more about it.
