Kailey finished her last season of high school cross country. It was the city meet and so all of the schools in mesa competed. She finished up her season doing quite well. The top 15 students in mesa earned a metal so its impressive to me that she can be in the top out of TONS of runners! She has not been as motivated to run since she was injured. Being the wise mother that I am, I went up to her and gave her a big pep talk about this was her very last race she would run in high school and to run like she has never run before. She pulled through and did really well. I wish she would have given it her all all season but she must not be as competetive as I am. Either way she did really awesome and should feel good about her race and earning yet another metal for running! Way to go kailey!

Guess who earned a metal?

Way to go Kailey! Dang I wish we could be there for things like that. But then again, I'd just cry like I always do and am right now! Kailey you are awesome and we are proud of the strong young lady you are!
YAY KAILEY! WOOT WOOT! MEDAL!!!
I wish I loved to run. I do it, but I hate it with a passion! And I only do it for exercise, not enjoyment like some people. I had a friend at BYU Hawaii that would run sometimes 8 miles a day! Can you say shin splints?!?? Haha!
Go Kailey!!! She sure is a cool girl!!!
