I just had to sit and type this out really quick because I know I will forget it....I am cracking up.
I have been making banana bread this morning while watching conference and Kade has been hovering. This is the conversation we just had..
(me) Kade...it is really nice outside why don't you go outside and play with Chonklow. (his imaginary friend)
(Kade) I can't because he lives really far away in california.
(me) Well maybe his mom will let him fly in a airplane and come and play for the day.
(Kade) Well call his mom and see if she can let him come.
(me) Well I never met his mom...I don't know her name what is her name?
(Kade) Ummmm...her name is Sharella.
(Me) Oh Sharella...
(kade) Call his mom....his number if 060560.
(me) Ok I will call and see.
He then walks outside and closes the door. I was laughing to my other kids saying isn't that hilarious.
Then Kade walks back in and I say.
Hey kaden...Sharella said she will let chonklow come over and spend the day playing with you. He looks at me with his big blue eyes in amazement. He just smiled. Now he is patiently waiting for Chonklow to come play!

That is so cute I can't even put words to it!
Chonklow? I swear the imaginary friends names are so funny! Noah friend was a green cat named "Pet". My niece's was a cow with googly eyes names Sarrissa! So funny!!
I don't think I ever had an imaginary friend growing up as a kid, but he sure does have quite the imagination. What a cutie! Glad you made some progress with him. Maybe next time, you'll get to meet Chonklow!!!
How funny! My Cade had an imaginary friend at that age too. His name was Scott (#22) That was his race car number. He also drove motorcycles and airplanes. His parents were Mary and Dash. When I was young, my imaginary friends was Georgie Porgie. My parents had to set a place at the table for him.
Hmmm...California and Sharella. Is Rachelle Chonklow's mother? I am totally laughing right now! Love Mr. Kade and his imagination!
I love it. Dont you wish they would never lose their creativity and innocence. I think that was so sweet.
that is too cute. our son austin used to have imaginary friends, but their names were never that creative. enjoy it while it lasts! your pictures of kaden are amazing. great photographer!
Imaginary Friends are awesome! Gregg is the only one of mine that had any. He had one called Siggy that was sometimes a snake. There was also Siggy's big sister, Dark Crystal. Gregg said she looked just like me..."ugly". You gotta love them!
That is hilarious! Thanks for sharing...
